You have the right to delete your Auditend account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what data will be removed.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion in two ways:
Option 1 — In the App
Open the Auditend app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Option 2 — Email Request
Send a deletion request to support@auditend.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your name and email address
- All check-in records and attendance history
- Selfie photos taken during check-ins
- Meeting preferences and app settings
- Any generated compliance reports stored in our system
Data We May Retain
In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data after account deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Records required to comply with legal obligations or court orders
- Anonymized, non-identifiable usage data used for aggregate analytics
Any retained data is kept only as long as legally required and cannot be used to identify you.
Deletion Timeline
Account deletions initiated in the app take effect immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
