You can request deletion of your Auditend account and eligible associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what is removed, and the limited integrity or legal-preservation information that may remain.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion in two ways:
Option 1 — In the App
Open the Auditend app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This closes your account and begins the reviewed deletion process described below.
Option 2 — Email Request
Send a deletion request to support@auditend.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account. We respond without undue delay and within 45 days. If reasonably necessary, we may extend once for up to 45 additional days and will notify you during the initial period.
What Data Is Deleted
The deletion process removes eligible operational data, including:
- Your name and email address
- Eligible check-in evidence and attendance data
- Selfie videos and thumbnails stored for eligible check-ins
- Meeting preferences and app settings
- Eligible generated-report files and access material
Data We May Retain
If an already-issued report or documented legal or record-preservation obligation requires it, we may retain only the minimum reviewed record needed for that purpose, including:
- A non-reversible signed integrity skeleton containing hashes and signatures rather than removed selfie media or readable location payloads
- Records required by a documented legal, litigation, court, or program preservation obligation
We explain any applicable retention basis and expected review or release point. Archived or provider-backup copies age out through controlled provider lifecycles and are not represented as removed before that process completes.
Deletion Timeline
In-app deletion closes access and starts eligible-data removal. We respond to verified email requests without undue delay and within 45 days, subject to one noticed extension of up to 45 additional days when reasonably necessary. We confirm what was completed and identify any limited retention that still applies.
